Our vineyards are carefully controlled on every stage of
growth   and   development.  In   this   way,   when  the
bunches reach the optimum size, colour, and ripeness,
we proceed with the harvest. The harvest is carried out
manually  and  the  grapes  are  placed  in  boxes and
taken just  some  metres  away,  where our packaging
plant is.
The  packaging  plant has the necessary conditions to
keep  the  bunches  fresh  during the packaging and to
ensure   that   they   get   to   destination  in  optimum
conditions.

There, each bunch is submitted to a strict quality control and all the grapes, which may not have a completely uniform
colour, or which may have any other sort of defect, are manually eliminated. The bunches are weighted and packaged;
and  then,  they  are  immediately  taken  into  the  pre-cold chamber; and then, into the cold chamber and/or into the
refrigerated truck or container which will take them to their destination.
